Sirahan: ConLang project

Siraha

Sīrahan is a language spoken by the fictional Sīrahan people who reside in the region of Klin (Kalinga). They were originally from Northern Indus (Mleuhha) and worship the god Ha’as (God of Fire) while acknowledging the existence of Gods (Ser) like Or’a (Thunder/Rain), M’vat (Ocean, River), and Brava (Earth). They worshiped Ha’as through Fire rituals, twice a day. Once in the morning called Sun-welcome (Eramlahan) and once in the evening called Sun-Farewell (Eramnas). There were 3 Social classes/castes in Sīrahan people, The Ruling class (Rasrnæm), The Clergy (Sergavan) and the Free-men (Osan).

They are a very religious people, composing the Hiran'a, a compilation of verses and hymns dedicated to the worship of Ha'as. Here are excerpts.
