This was a project I did in for my Grade 8 Social Studies class. It was about Japan's feudal systems and some of its parallels with European feudalism. I think it is worth being in this website since it is pretty well done. For the project, I had to write a dossier about the society and 2 notable individuals of Japanese Society.
This was my attempt at writing an Indian style epic. My work cannot be considered a Mahakavya because it is not based on any real historical context and was a result of a story I thought of in my head for about 4 months now. I wrote the poem in English and then used a Sanskrit dictionary to type it out in Classical Sanskrit.
Update (01/10/23): I have decided to revamp the entire project as translating contents to sanskrit is a very menial task, and will consider doing that after the project is complete.
I have always been fascinated with conlangs, so eventually I decided to go through with making my own. The language is based on a fictional people called the Síraha who occupied a bronze age civilization in 1000s BC Kalinga.
